Your stickers and your settings

Your activation card has a code that controls where alerts for your stickers go. Keep it safe. Anyone with the code can change your settings, and you're responsible for keeping the details you give us accurate.

Don't use TangoTag to defraud, spam, harass, or do anything illegal. That includes finders: the message form is for returning things, not for anything else.

What TangoTag is, and isn't

TangoTag passes a finder's message to you. It isn't a tracker or a GPS device, and we can't promise anyone will find, scan, or return your things. Alerts depend on email and on services we don't control, so a message can be delayed or missed.

The service is provided as is, without warranties, and without a promise that it will always be available. We may update the product, the price, and these terms.

Orders

A pack is 12 stickers for $12, shipped to US addresses. If your order doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll make it right.

Our liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PerfSpot LLC and its operators are not liable for any damages, losses, missed payments, data loss, or other consequences arising from your use of the service. You use TangoTag at your own risk.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Transfer

We may transfer or assign these terms and our rights and obligations under them, at any time, to any affiliate, acquirer, or successor. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our written consent.

Ending things

You can stop using TangoTag any time. Peel the stickers off, or ask us to turn your code off. We can turn off a code or block a finder's messages if they're used to abuse anyone.
