Does the finder need an app?
No. They point their phone camera at the sticker and a page opens. No app, no account, no download.
What does the finder see about me?
Only the first name you choose, if you choose one: "You found something of Sarah's." Never your email, phone number or address.
What do I get for $12?
12 stickers, all with the same code, and a small activation card. We mail them to you.
Do I need to set anything up?
No. Alerts go to the email you used at checkout from the moment your stickers arrive. If you want, use the code on your card to change that email, add the name finders see, or add a phone number.
Do I need an account?
No. There's no login and no password. The code on your activation card is how you change your settings, so keep the card somewhere safe.
All my stickers are the same. How do I know which thing was found?
The finder tells you in their message. Every sticker on your stuff points to the same alert, which keeps it simple: one code, one inbox.
Is this a tracker?
No. There's no GPS and no battery. It works when someone finds your thing, scans the sticker and decides to message you. They can share their location when they do, and you'll see it on a map.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay $12 once. No monthly fee.
Where do you ship?
US addresses only, for now. We mail every order by US mail.
What happens to what the finder sends?
It goes to you and nobody else. We keep it so we can resend an alert if one goes missing. See the privacy page for the details.
I lost my activation card. Now what?
Contact us from the email address on your order and we'll help you get back in.
Can I get text alerts?
Not yet. Email alerts work today. You can add a phone number now and we'll start texting it when text alerts are ready.
